1. Scope and parties. These terms apply to orders on this website. Your contract is with Jmen Development B.V., Nijenburg 71, 1081 GE Amsterdam, Netherlands, phone: [+31 …], email: support@importklar.at.

2. What is free. The calculator on this website is free and needs no sign-up. Using it creates no contract.

3. Service. We create the result described on this website (Import dossier for your car from Germany) from your answers, the listing you give us and publicly available sources, with the help of software and AI; a person checks it before we send it. You'll get your dossier by email within an hour, around the clock. You get it through a private link we email you; the link works for 12 months. The result reflects the rules and data at the time it is created.

4. Contract. Clicking the pay button in the payment window is a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds; we confirm it by email. The contract languages are German and English. We store the contract text; you receive the essential details with the confirmation.

5. Price and payment. The price shown when you order applies. It is a final price including VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe, with the payment methods offered in the payment window.

6. No tax or legal advice, not an authority. The result is for information. The NoVA and other amounts are estimates based on the published rules; the tax office sets them bindingly. The result is not tax, legal or financial advice. We are not a public authority and do not deal with authorities on your behalf.

7. Right of withdrawal. As a consumer you have a right of withdrawal, see right of withdrawal. It ends early if you ask us to start right away when you order and confirm that you lose it as a result.

8. Warranty and satisfaction. Your statutory warranty rights apply. In addition: if the result is wrong or unusable for your car, write to us and we will redo it or refund the price.

9. Liability. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and only up to the typical damage foreseeable when the contract was concluded. Mandatory statutory liability is unaffected.

10. Law and courts. Dutch law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you normally live and may bring proceedings where you live.
